If you need help or advice ask at the information desks which are situated at various location throughout the airport terminals

 


Terminal 1


Opening Hours 06:00 - 23:00

Situated in the center of the lower floor within the arrivals area you can find a general purpose enquiries desk.

 


Terminal 2


Opening Hours

open 06:00 23:00

The information desk in Terminal 2 is located in the arrivals area across from Whittard Of Chelsea.

 


Terminal 3


Opening Hours

Check in Information Desk ( 05:30 - 22:30)

Arrivals Information Desk (open 07:00 - 21:30)

There are 2 information desks located within terminal 3, one can be found in the check in area on the ground floor next to the Turkish Airlines ticket office ( Zone D), the other is situated in arrivals not far from WH Smiths

 


Terminal 4

Departures Information Desk (05:30 - 22:30)

Terminal 4 also has two information desks one in arrivals and the other in departures. The information desk located in departures can be found after you have passed through security on the first floor in the centre of the departures concourse near World Duty Free. The arrivals desk is located to towards the far left of the building.

 


Terminal 5


Terminal 5 has information zones where you can get the help using a computer terminals to get directions, travel information and advice. Additionally there are help points located at designated locations around the terminal

 

If you cannot get the advice you need from the information zone, ask one of the BAA customer hosts who can be found before and after security The BAA staff have a handheld computer which allows access to information that the customer may require.

The information zone can be found on the arrivals concourse, at the north end of the terminal.

 


Help Points


 

Help points can be found at designated locations though out each of the Terminals inside and out including forecourts, car parks and luggage reclamation areas. The help points include a map and phone to contact the porter. If you have special needs this service is free and tips are not accepted.
