Heathrow is served by a good number of public transport options including the London underground, buses and coaches. It can make a great deal of sense to leave the car at home and get on the bus or train, so you don't have to worry about parking, driving jet lagged on your return. An added bonus in that you can have a couple of drinks to end that holiday or business trip.
The Heathrow Express train operates a non stop service between Heathrow and central London. The journey time is only 15 minutes and operates every 15 minutes, from terminal 4 the journey time is around 22 minutes.
